How long does it take to ship my articles? 

Please note that the ladies wear or refine your articles only after the purchase. This is the only way we can guarantee an optimal experience. Delivery is dependent on the agreed wearing time. It may take several days until your package arrives. 

However, experience shows that the sellers are very efficient.

What are the fees for selling on Discreet Panties?

On Discreet Panties there is no monthly membership fee or other fixed costs!

Only when you have sold something on Discreet Panties.com, do we charge a sales commission of 30% for providing our marketplace. This allows you as an interface to the customer maximum anonymity (payment, shipping) and thousands of potential customers.

Which data of mine does the buyer receive?

None! The customer does not get to know your real name, your address or your bank details. This is the only way to ensure maximum anonymity on your part. We are the intermediate interface between you and the buyer (address/shipping address) – more details are below.

What can I sell on Discreet Panties?

Generally you can sell everything (Worn underwear, worn socks.). But no rating 18 videos and pictures. These sellers will be deleted immediately.

I have sold an article. What do I do next?

Congratulations on the article sale!

As soon as you have sold an item, you will automatically receive an email from us asking you to confirm the sale. After you have done this with one click, we will transfer the money to you, and you can start with the finishing or wearing of the products.

You are a seller outside of Germany—when is payment received?

For security reasons, you should always tell us the tracking number first.
After we receive the tracking number, we will transfer the money to you.

Which sender address do I give when shipping to stay anonymous?

As soon as you have sold an item and confirmed it, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions. This includes, among other things, the sender address that you can use for shipping in order to remain anonymous.

Don’t worry you don’t have to use your home address.

Do customers see my bank details?

We are the intermediate interface between you and the buyer. The customer transfers the money to us, and we forward it to you anonymously. Thus, the customer does not receive your bank details.

I have sold an item. What do I have to consider when shipping?

As soon as you have sold an item and confirmed it, we will transfer you a lump sum for shipping with tracking in addition to the payment for the item.

The tracking is very important in case of a complaint and is absolutely necessary to be able to trace the transport route. Only in this way can we protect you in the event of a dispute.

So that you remain anonymous, you will receive a sender address from us.

I have sold an item. When should I start carrying the item?

As soon as you have sold an item and confirmed it, we will transfer the money to you in addition to the payment for the item and shipping. Once the money is in your account, please start finishing or wearing the items immediately. The wearing time depends on the agreed duration.
(If you are not resident in Germany, for security reasons, we need your shipment number first, and then we will transfer the money to you.)

How do I know that I have sold something?

In case of a sale you will receive a notification by e-mail. You can also track the sale in your private area and view the details. After you have accepted the sale, we will transfer the money to you.

I have forgotten my password. How can I request a new one?

This is not a problem at all. Just log in to https://discretepanties.com with your e-mail address. You will automatically receive a new login link, which you can use to log in again.

Do I have to pay taxes on my sales?

At Discreet Panties you sell refined or used items. So the same rules apply as on other big portals where it is possible to sell used items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot replace a tax advisor. Please get advice from a tax expert.

Who pays the shipping/ postage?

The customer pays for the item and the postage for a parcel shipment with tracking. So you are not stuck with the shipping costs.

Tracking is very important. In case of a complaint, we need to be able to trace the transport route. Only in this way can we protect you in the event of a dispute.
